Ghosts-Grief-Getting On

Have you ever sat down at a diner with a loved one in your dreams? Have you ever considered leaving a letter or video for your surviving friends and family? Everyone deals with death differently; that is a given. That being said, I also think we have more in common when grieving. This may be a topic that seems sad, but it is a fact of life. We will go through loss at some point.



Grief changes you on a level you never prepared for. Talking it out is not an easy task but eventually will find the right time to do so.


Getting on with life and your new normal is a challenge but is a self development path that is a must for your mental health.
